How do I disconnect my bank account from Yaspa?
A quick explainer for consumers who've connected their bank to Yaspa in the US.
If you no longer wish to share bank account information with Yaspa and make payments with that account using Yaspa, please contact Yaspa at techsupport-us@yaspa.com, and we will process your request within 3 business days.
Many banks also allow you to revoke Yaspa’s access to your data within their online banking portals and mobile applications; you will typically find this option within the privacy and applications settings.
Please note that following this action, you will be unable to transact with this account unless you add it again.
