Yaspa production sign-off

An overview of what happens during the production sign-off at Yaspa

The Yaspa production sign-off is the final stage before your account is officially live. However, there are a number of things that need to be done before you’re able to start:

  • All previous technical and business stages must have been successfully completed.
  • You must provide a mechanism for the Yaspa staff to perform testing of your integration. Something like a production environment in preview mode is ideal.
  • Minimum payments must be set to £1/€1 or below.

As part of the integration process, Yaspa will help you evaluate and sign-off your integration. When you are ready, please ask your customer success manager to arrange Yaspa production sign-off. This process will involve the following checks:

Pay-in checks

  • A sensible trading name is set in the admin dashboard.
  • Merchant users are configured with suitable roles within your admin dashboard.
  • The pay-in process is using verified or unverified journeys appropriate to your target country.
  • Banks for countries you do not require are removed.
  • Pay-in webhooks are configured, and ACCEPT and/or COMPLETE are sent to a URL for your company.
  • The pay-in process starts with a sensible default language.
  • A real pay-in can be made.
  • A real pay-in can be failed.
  • User experience is correct with respect to how Yaspa opens, for instance if we are in an iframe we have sufficient space.
  • Your site completes the payment journey, releasing whatever goods and services are part of your integration.
  • References for the payment are below 15 characters and unique.
  • There are no errors in our internal logs.
  • Correct branding is in place for Yaspa on your website.

Payout checks

  • We will seek verbal confirmation you are keeping the payout SSH keys safe.
  • Payout webhooks are configured for ACCEPT and sent to a URL for your company.
  • A real payout can be made.
  • A real payout can be failed.
  • User experience is correct with respect to how Yaspa opens, for instance if we are in an iframe we have sufficient space.
  • Correct branding is in place for Yaspa on your website

Admin dashboard checks

We will also make sure you are familiar with Yaspa’s admin dashboard. This includes:

  • Searching for a pay-in.
  • Adding a new merchant user.
  • Approving a payout (if configured).
  • You have the ability to withdraw from your pay-in bank.

Once the production sign-off stage has been completed, and any issues are resolved, you will be ready to go live.
