Understanding the Yaspa go-live process

Going live with Yaspa is a straightforward process. We will guide you through a series of business and technical stages as shown in the diagram below:

  1. Register your interest – Contact us here. We will set up a meeting to go through your requirements and give you advice on how Yaspa can meet your needs. 
    1. Sign commercial agreement - You’ll need to provide the Yaspa team with some details before we’re able to continue to the next stage.
    2. Complete KYB/compliance - Our compliance team will then require you to do a few checks including KYB (Know Your Business) due diligence.
  2. Kick-off meeting – Yaspa’s customer success team will meet your integration team.
  3. Start test integration – you will sign up for a test merchant account and go through the test integration process. 
  4. Start production integration – you will sign up for a production merchant account and Yaspa will configure this with your production bank. Real payments can be made at this point.
  5. Yaspa production sign-off – when the integration is completed, Yaspa staff will sign-off your production integration into your website or app.
  6. LIVE! - You are now ready to process payments with Yaspa!
