Booking the kick-off meeting

An overview of the kick-off meeting and what it entails

After you have signed the agreement, you will be invited to a meeting with the Yaspa customer success team. In this kickoff meeting, we will cover the following topics:

  • Answer any outstanding questions about the Yaspa product.
  • Conduct the Yaspa questionnaire to help define the integration setup that’s required.

If needed, we can also guide you through the process of making your first test payments. To do this we advise you to complete the following stages with a test account before the meeting:
