What information is shown on our bank statement?

When you receive a payment from a customer, you will see their account name and the payment reference.

Since payments with Yaspa are made using existing banking infrastructure, you will see all the same information you get with a traditional bank transfer.

You (the recipient) will see:

  • The account holder's name (e.g. 'J Smith')
  • The payment reference, which you can set (e.g. 2343DDD)

The payer (your customer) will see

  • The account name they are paying (For example 'Diamond Trading Ltd)
  • The payment reference, which you can set (e.g. 2343DDD)

Payment references can be standard across all payments, or unique to each individual transaction.
