Ensure that you keep your API key safe, remove any admins who no longer need access to your dashboard and don't use shared Yaspa sign-in accounts.
Keep your API key safe
When carrying out your integration, your engineering team will handle something called the API secret and the Private API key.
It is imperative that to keep both of these safe, and do not share them with anyone outside your organisation (this also includes the Yaspa team).
Remove Yaspa dashboard access for those who no longer require it
You can manage access to your company's Yaspa dashboard in your account settings. Remove anyone who has left the business, or who no longer requires access as part of their job role.

Do not use shared Yaspa sign-in accounts
Make sure the team who are using the Yaspa dashboard all have their own Yaspa sign-in accounts. This makes it much easier to manage access, and maintain a reliable audit trail of updates or changes.
Once an account is set up, you'll just need the email address that your colleague used to create their account, to add them as an admin.
